Interview view of pressing Room with boiler shown on right side. Boiler was used to heat water to steam temperature to clean winery and tanks. Steam from boiler was also used to heat wine and yeast mixture to begin fermentation process.

Winery and George Rosasco, Ranch manager and Vintner. Picture taken in late 1940s. George Rosasco ran the ranch and winery operations for the Frei Bros., Louis and Walt, from 1938 until the winery was sold to the Gallo Family.

Per caption on newspaper photograph: "Mr. and Mrs. Louis Frei who left during the Christmas season for a tour of the Orient are shown at a party aboard the SS President Hoover near Yokohama. Mr. and Mrs. Frei reside at 4710 Guerneville Road.
