Rebuilt as power plant for city of Cloverdale, with a standby steam boiler. Closed down in 1920 when power lines were brought into Cloverdale. Dr. Shipley and Mrs. Fidelia Harlow of Santa Rosa remember this mill, and how the miller would charge 10% of the corn or wheat ground at the mill as his pay". Also see...
