New population sign for Healdsburg, November 1961 Per newspaper article affixed to rear of photo: "It's Official: because the State seems to be somewhat too slow in putting up new city limit signs showing the official census, the city street department on Monday stripped in on the new sign the official population figures, now set at 4816. The old sign advertised Healdsburg population at a little over 3200."
