Interview view of pressing Room with boiler shown on right side. Boiler was used to heat water to steam temperature to clean winery and tanks. Steam from boiler was also used to heat wine and yeast mixture to begin fermentation process.

George Rosasco ran the ranch and winery operations for the Frei Bros., Louis and Walt, from 1938 until the winery was sold to the Gallo Family.
