Lions Club preparing for Christmas breakfast, 1955 Per newspaper clipping affixed to back of photo: "Christmas Breakfast: Nels Larsen, left and Harold Phillips, Lions Club members who are "practicing" for the annual Christmas breakfast sponsored by the Lions Club which will be held at Lonnie's Sunday Morning from 7 a.m. to noon. Tickets to the breakfast at $1.00 each are on sale now." 2009.30.1151 is an almost identical photo with a different newspaper article, date: December 22, 1955. A check of the microfilm confirms that this one did appear in the Dec 18, 1952 issue. Also, the December 22, 1955 issue is the only issue apparently missing from the 1955 Tribune microfilm roll so the publication of 2009.30.1151 cannot be confirmed.
