Healdsburg Boat Club at Memorial Beach, July 1956 Per newspaper article affixed to rear: "Boat Club Launching Ramp - Bob Stevens, secretary of the Healdsburg Boat Club and (behind Stevens) Len Williams, treasurer of the local boating club, help Mr. & Mrs. Besse of Hamilton Air Force Base, Marin County, launch their boat. The newly completed launching ramp is on the club's grounds lying on the east bank of Russian River between the Northwestern Pacific Railroad Bridge and Highway 101 Bridge just above Healdsburg's Memorial Dam." |
