PHOTO: Construction in center of Plaza. Probably 1960 when the Sandborn Fountain was installed. Looking northwest, probably from top of old City Hall. Crane on Center Street (lower right corner is perpendicular to sidewalk. Stamp on reverse notes "Lowe," so this was most likely donated by Roy Lowe. |
