Windsor Community Methodist Church Sanctuary - no date "The Windsor Community Methodist Church Sanctuary, now under construction, will be completed by March 6 when consecration services will be held. The $30,000 sanctuary was started in October. The designer was Robert Thorsen, architect and the contractor was Chester C. Robbins. The walls of the modern structure are pink cement block and the ceiling and chancel wall are of redwood. Floor space, including the balcony covers 3000 square feet. Bishop Donald Harvey Tippett will officiate at the consecration services set for 3pm March 6. Stanley Arata is chairman of the building committee and William Beedie is chairman of the board of trustees." |
