Spaghetti Feed at St. John's Fair, 1961 Per newspaper clipping affixed to back of photo: "Spaghetti Feed - General chairman St. John's annual 13th Fair, July 1-4, Gene Giovannoni (left), just can't believe he's read correctly the figures Carl Flournoy, chairman of the Fair's Spaghetti Feed, has chalked up on the blackboard. Flournoy's only doubt is that maybe he hasn't bought quite enough food for the always popular Feed. The Feed will be held the evening of July 3, and will be followed by a free dance in St. John's to the music of George Izzett's Fourmost Four." Published in Healdsburg Tribune, June 22, 1961 |
