Mrs. Rexford Holmes designs cover for new Chamber of Commerce brochure, 1961 Per newspaper clipping affixed to back of photo: "New Chamber of Commerce Brochure: Mrs. Rexford Holmes, Healdsburg artist, Lee Silveira, Chamber of Commerce vice-president; City councilman Doug Badger and Mrs. Eva Behney, Chamber of Commerce treasurer (left to right) look over the front cover of the new Chamber of Commerce brochure. Mrs. Holmes designed the cover for the brochure which will be printed next year. The board of directors recently gave the committee the go-ahead sign to produce the new brochures and maps.
