Heald and Guerne's Sawmill logway, 2 miles north of Guerneville, July 21, 1875 This is a set of 210 photographs taken by J. H. Downing between 1872 and 1882. Some of the photographs are stereographs and some are not. The originals of these photographs appear in the album 2012.02.301. Previously, many, but not all, of the photos in the album had been catalogued and recorded in PastPerfect (under a variety of Accession/Object ID numbers). The photographs in the album were taken by J. H. Downing or his staff from the studio. A full listing of Object ID and descriptions of all 375 photos is included in the box with the album. This photo corresponds to photo #244 in the album. |
